There is now less than a month left until HavExpo 2026, and preparations are well into the final phase. The entire aquaculture and fisheries industry will gather at Straume in Øygarden, and activity will increase noticeably in the weeks leading up to the opening.

An important clarification is that the setup period runs from Friday until the Monday before the fair opens. This gives exhibitors plenty of time to get everything in place, even close to the start.
Also remember to invite guests. Each exhibitor can invite up to 50 guests for free. This is an important opportunity to ensure good meetings with customers and partners – but it requires that guests are registered in advance.
At the same time, everyone who will be working at the stand must be registered. This ensures smooth check-in and proper access during both setup and execution.
