Prices for stand rental

HavExpo is held in the sports halls in Straume Idrettspark. The halls have large, open areas, which means that there is little difference between where your stand is located in the exhibition halls.

Nevertheless, many people have preferences. Some want to be as close to the front door as possible in order to show news to as many people as possible, while others prefer a quieter place to facilitate good conversations.

For the 2026 show, the registration area will be moved to Hall C. This means that visitors will have an even more natural flow that ensures a good visit regardless of which hall your stand is placed in.

  • 1 power outlet (10A) is included in the rent.

Exhibition area

Straume Idrettspark is located in Straume on Sotra and consists of 3 halls:
Hall A – Football Hall 7,900 sq m
Hall B and C – Sotra Arena 9,900 sq m
Hall D – Gymnasium 7,500 sq m

The area has been used for four annual trade fairs since 2014: OTD (the oil fair), Norway's largest car fair, Dra til Sjøs and Boligmessen. The trade fair area is compact, and the entire exhibitor area is divided into only 2 large halls. This gives both exhibitors and visitors a good overview and easy navigation without long aisles and corridors.

The large space by Hall A is used for both the exhibition area and catering - and on a sunny day it's like sitting by the sea and enjoying life. If we get a bit of moisture in the air, we just move under one of the large serving tents.

In 2026, we will move registration outside Hall C.

Food and drink

There is a wide range of food and drinks at HavExpo. Our own cafes are run by volunteers from Sotra Sports Club, and deliver top-class food. As an exhibitor, you can also order food for your stand from here.

Transportation

Getting to HavExpo is easy. We have set up free shuttle buses from the airport and Bergen city center. The shuttle buses are free and will take you right to the door.
