HavExpo is held in the sports halls in Straume Sports Park — large, open spaces that provide good opportunities regardless of location.
Some people want to stand as close to the entrance as possible to show off their news to as many people as possible. Others prefer a quieter spot that facilitates good conversations. We will help you find the location that suits you best.

HavExpo 2028: May 9–11
The fair will be held from Tuesday 9 to Thursday 11 May 2028 in Sotra Arena in Straume. Opening hours will be posted here as soon as they are ready – sign up for the newsletter and you will be the first to know.
Exhibition area
HavExpo is held in Straume Sports Park in Straume in Øygarden. The exhibition area is compact, and the exhibitor area is grouped in two large halls. This provides a good overview and easy navigation without long aisles and corridors.
The large space at Hall A is used for both exhibitors and catering. On a sunny day it's like sitting by the sea – and if it rains, we move inside under the large catering tents.

Catering for the stand - Food and drink
Now as an exhibitor you can order food for your stand. HavExpo offers a varied menu where you can order food and drinks for your stand.

Transportation and parking
It's easy to get to HavExpo. We have set up free shuttle buses from Bergen Airport Flesland and Bergen city center. The shuttle buses are free and will take you right to the door.
All available space in the area is used for trade fair operations, so there are no parking spaces in the area. We refer you to the Kystbygarasjen at Sartor Senter, and we will also set up a free shuttle bus on rigging day, Sunday (11:00 – 18:00) and Monday (10:00 – 19:00). Of course, buses will run on trade fair days.
